Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, vouches preparation and data input
• Checking and processing ACH / bank transfer requests
• Assist for Monthly Closing and Annual Audit
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• At least DSE with LCC higher qualification
• Diploma or above in Accounting is preferable
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, detail oriented and able to work under pressure with a tight timeline and independently
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Alternative Saturday-off)

• 會考/文憑試畢業或以上
• 具電話銷售或相關客戶服務經驗者將獲優先考慮 
• 誠實、積極主動、具責任感及願意學習 
• 良好服務態度及溝通技巧
• 熟悉Microsoft 辦公軟件，包括Word和Excel 
• 良好的文字輸入能力 (中、英文) – 40字+/分鐘 
• 流利廣東話，基本英語及普通話
• 擁有三年或以上相關工作經驗者可獲考慮為貸款主任
• 可即時上班將獲優先考慮
